Hey everyone! As you already know (and if not click here) Nintendo has announced that Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire will be the next Pokemon video game to come out. But there are still many questions surrounding the game, most notably if it will be a brand new game or just a HD remake. But those questions might be able to be answered. Nintendo says they will release a video of the game this saturday, and Corocoro says they will leak info in the next few days. I will try to get this news out ASAP on this website, so stay tuned! But for now you can watch the GameXplain below on some speculation on the new game, although most of it I covered in my last post.
BIG NEWS! Pokemon has just announced the next Pokemon game AND IT'S COMING OUT THIS YEAR! Very little is known about this new game, but I'll tel you what has been confirmed. The name of the game is omega ruby and alpha sapphire!
Of course this game will be featuring Groundon and Kyoger, but they look different this time. Speculation is that this may be a mega evolution, or some other addition form like Girantina Origin Form from Pokemon Platinum. This game is going to be released in November Worldwide!
But, my question is, why so soon? X and Y just got started this November, and I was surprised a new game would be released so soon. For example, for the past few games, they've been released every two years. But these games will be released less than a year apart from X and Y. And, if anything, I would expect them to make a Pokemon Z like everyone speculated with Zygarde as the main character. Or, if they were to release a new game, I thought it would be the Pokemon Plus and Minus that that one guy leaked. I guess he was lying. Either way, it looks like this is really going to happen. This is what Nintendo said in a press statement: "Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire are a fresh take on Pokémon Ruby and Pokémon Sapphire... The new titles promise to take players through a dramatic story within a spectacular new world."
That only leaves one question. What Pokemon will be in this game? He said that it was a 'fresh take' on Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire. Does this mean it's basically just a remake of the game, with only the Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire had in it, like Fire Red and Leaf Green? But he did also say it was a 'spectacular new world', so I'm really not sure. I'm just wondering if there will be new pokemon, because I don't know just how ready we are to get a new set. Could the TCG catch up so quickly? And would the X and Y sets be rotated out in a single season???!!!
Well, whatever they decide to do, I hope Nintendo doesn't screw up it's franchise. Other than that though, I am really excited to hear that the new game will be coming out soon since I've really done all there is to do in X and Y. Hey everybody! Sorry I haven't been posting as much as I would like to. I've been working on several other things that I think you might like.
The first of these is a server. You know how I like Minecraft, right? Well, I've been working on a brand new server! It is technically on my friends internet, but I have been OP'ed to be a staff member! We're still working on it, and it isn't NEARLY done, but you can join it at this IP: 74.128.130.7 ; Also, do keep in mind that, since it's tethered to my friend's computer, every time he turns off his computer you can't join and the server goes down. We have a lot of plans for the server, and are working on it, but all we have now is 'King of the throne', a par-core action game. Hope you check it out!
Secondly, I have also been programming a new video game. It's my own version of Super Smash Bros. I've been working on it a lot, and always updating it. It's not the best, but I've been working a lot to improve it and I hope you like it. It is on my Arcade, but you can also see it by going to http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/21096622/. Well, now you know what I've been working on, but I'm hoping to get more posts out. In fact, for a writing class, I made a goal to write 4 posts a week. So, until my next post, I hope you enjoy my new game and Minecraft server!
Hey guys! So, as we all know, Nintendo will be releasing the new SSB (Super Smash Bros.) game for the 3DS this summer and for the Wii U this winter. But, Nintendo will be allowing people to demo the new game at E3 2014! Now, don't get somber and exit out of the page just yet. As you may already know, E3 lets in people who are Video Game experts (famous YouTubers, developers, ect.) and above the age of 17. I know, it sucks for regular people like us, especially those who are below 18 years of age. BUT, Nintendo realized this and will be making up for it. At the same time as E3 is going in, Best Buys all over the country will be allowing customers to play one of the new Super Smash Bros. games. I have my fingers crossed for SSB Wii U, but something tells me it will be SSB 3DS since it will be released later this summer. The event will be going on June 10-12, 2014 at Best Buy's around the country, so I hope you go there it give the new games a try! I know I will!
This is no joke. Tomodachi Life really is coming to the USA. At first I thought it was just some April fools prank that Nintendo was playing. But no, its for real. In fact, they even had a Nintendo direct last week on Thursday. So we're going to be covering it all.
Has your life not been all you wish it could be? Well be sad no more! Now you can live in a game cartridge! Import your and your friends mii's into your game and see what wacky things will happen with the addition of other random players, developers, characters from other Nintendo games, and a bunch of celebrities. There is a lot you can do in this game, so check it out below!
First you create your mii's. You can create you and your freinds mii's in mii maker, and then send them over to Tomodachi. After that you can customize it and begin to play. You can set the personality and voice to make the game a unique experience and as similar to the real life people as possible. But that's only the beginning. Literally.
Now the randomness starts. You and your friends will all start doing crazy things! Going to outer space, playing in a rock band, messing with dinosaurs and doing lots of random and stupid things are just the beginning! What you and your friends will do will be both hysterical and.... will basically just that.
Secondly, have of the game is about relationships. Characters can try to go on dates, get into fights, hate each other, be best friends... the possibilities are endless. We haven't seen a lot on this besides that most of the instances are very...strange, such as Bill Trinen (Senior Product Marketing Manager of Nintendo of America) meeting Samus on the beach and asking Samus to go on a date with him, and then Reggie (President of Nintendo of America) walking over and asking the same question in just his swim trunks, and then Mr. Iwata (CEO of Nintendo Co. and Nintendo of America) popping out from underwater and asking the same question to Samus yet again. Like I said; pretty crazy.
The last crazy event that I'm going to cover is dreams. Sometimes characters will fall asleep and have WILD dreams. If you thought that the rest of the game was crazy, then this will just like blow your mind. We haven't seen many dreams yet, but the ones we have are so spontaneous and random they make NO SENSE. So far we've seen giant heads of Miis that are on your island emerging from the water like sea monsters, characters falling from the sky and landing on hamburgers, and dreams of telling famous basket ball players that your out of Mac and Cheese and them flipping out. Kind of hard to put these dreams into words that fit, so you can check out the 'Dreams' trailer below that Nintendo has released on their official Youtube channel.
Thanks for reading! I hope you will enjoy the game if you get it, but I don't think I will. It just seems a little too random and strange for me. But, if I did get it, it would be cool too make an online journal about all that had gone on in my Tomodachi Life game, but not like a Let's Play. More like an adventure log. Maybe I should do that for another game... Zelda or Pokemon would be cool... maybe, I don't know. As usual you can look below for several screen shot from the game.
